Sharing A Family Favorite

Sometimes we have to take a little break from crafting and whip up a few yummy treats from our favorite recipes. If you have read this week's e-mail store newsletter, you'll know why I was inspired to share this one with you.

Aunt Bonnie's Deviled Eggs....These are always the first to disappear from the Easter dinner table! Super easy to make and always delicious...

6 hard boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
3- 4 tablespoons mayo
1 tablespoons each of finely chopped red pepper, celery, green onions
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
paprika for garnish

Mash eggs yolks with mayo, mustard. Add chopped veggies, salt and pepper.
Spoon mixture back into eggs whites and sprinkle with paprika.
Chill well...serve...Enjoy!

Do you have a favorite egg recipe....'deviled' or otherwise? Leave a comment to be eligible for an 'eggs'tra special prize. I'll draw a name at random and post the winner on Friday.

Make Someone Happy!
